Since it’s inception in 1987, Hairport 1 has developed into one of South East Melbourne’s leading salons, and it is through the dynamic and dedicated leadership of Valerie Parry that the business has sustained continued growth. The talented and loyal staff at Hairport 1 team work together in a supportive and empowering environment that has one goal: to make every client’s visit a memorable one. Throughout her 25 years in business, Val has employed many of the young people in the local community.
In this process many of these individuals have attained their qualification, and opened their own hairdressing business. Val’s passion for hairdressing has never wavered. She continually looks at overseas trends and keeps abreast of the current fashion looks and any changes within the industry.
